This video illustrates the development of an aberrant thyroid lobe resulting from incomplete migration of the thyroid diverticulum. The 3D visualization shows its growth and anatomical relationship to the normal thyroid gland. Often asymptomatic, this anomaly is most frequently discovered incidentally during imaging or surgical procedures.
